He shared stories of older pilots guiding juniors, not just in technical skills but in judgment, discipline, and ethics. “Passing knowledge isn’t optional. It’s your duty to the next crew, the next passengers, the next generation.”

As a young woman in aviation, I felt the weight and honor of this responsibility. “Teach, guide, and inspire,” he said. “That’s how you leave a legacy before you log your last flight.”Mentorship, I realized, is about humility, patience, and generosity qualities that elevate both teacher and learner.
